Today, we have become the largest player in the segment with 1.5 billion cups of coffee served annually through and 59,000+ machine installations across 24,000+. And for us, this is only the beginning!

Manufacturing
Unmatched quality in every cup
We have made freshness an integral part of the vending machine proposition. This enables us to deliver the satisfaction of a freshly brewed cup of beverage. We are proud to have the first in-house coffee machine design & manufacturing facility in India, started in the year 2002. This has helped manufacture more than 59115 coffee machines as of today. The machines roll out of a state of the art ISO 9001: 2015 certified production line nestled in Bengaluru. A dynamic Research and Development centre is an integral part of the factory which focuses on innovation and technology. Our portfolio of machines are CE certified.

Service is central to who we are and what we believe in. As part of our commitment to never let our customers down, we focus primarily on two points:
01. 750+ technicians across 29 states servicing in 1350+ cities, our reach to service customers in every nook and cranny of the country is unchallenged, with 21+ service stations located in major branches
02. This is further achieved by a unique multilevel service concept of 3 specialized teams – Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, Installation and Refurbishment – providing a holistic service solution and addressing all kinds of service concerns for our clients
